Good to know

Do I need to be home?

No. Many clients give us access instructions. They're encrypted and only your assigned team sees them, on the day of the visit.

Will it be the same people every time?

Yes. We assign a dedicated team to your home. If someone is away, we tell you ahead of time who's coming.

What products do you use?

Professional-grade products chosen for each surface in your home, used exactly as their makers direct. Specific brands, specialty formulas or your own products are a custom request with an added fee. See products and custom requests.

When am I charged?

A deposit is charged when you book, which reserves your date and your team. The balance is charged after the visit, once every room has been photographed and checked. Recurring clients in good standing are simply charged after each visit.

What if something isn't right?

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and make it right, at no charge.
